Love

Love is the child of gypsy life
The laws he loves to flout
If you won't love me, I'll love you
And if I love you, then watch out!

The bird you thought you'd bait,
Took wing and flew away.
When love's far off,
It makes you wait.
When you give up,
it's in the way.
All around you, quickly winging by
It comes, it goes, and back again.
You think you've caught it
Then it's shy.
When you keep clear,
Its' got you then!

Love, Love, Love, Love,
Love is the child of gypsy life
The laws he loves to flout.
If you won't love me, I'll love you.
And if I love you, then watch out!

First time I drove a manual car on road

I have been with my manual car for almost two weeks but I seldom had time to play with it. Until yesterday I had been learning to drive it two times, one for 10 minutes, the other probably 45 minutes. Last night, in the impression that summer would be gone soon and I'd not use my convertible car often any longer, I decided to make sure that I can drive it alone a.s.a.p.

Luckily I found some trick yesterday to start up the car smoothly. I asked my bf, "Do you think I can drive it back today?" He said yes. We were at a discarded parking place about 11 miles away from home. I wasn't so sure really because I hadn't practised at uphills enough and there are a lot of uphills on my way back. However I have to start to drive on road one day and I guess there won't be many cars after 9pm. So I drove away from the parking place.

Well, it was not easy even though I didn't need to recognise roads and navigators. At a time my bf told me to shift up gears and I felt my car flying. I was scared but it was only at 40mph! When I drove automatic cars on motor ways I was never scared at 90mph. Anyway, I was focus and it was more and more exciting. I had more fun to drive a manual car than auto ones. There were times when I was at traffic lights and couldn't get my car start before the green lights turn red (well, only once). I was lucky that no other cars were behind me at that time. I'm looking forward to drive my car out tonight!
